This year is looking very pie in the sky for the restaurant industry.
That’s according to Andrew Freeman of San Francisco’s Andrew Freeman & Co. Freeman’s company consults on marketing for restaurants and hotels nationwide, and he believes that the number one trend in the restaurant industry for 2011 will be pies.
